How to Transition into Phase 3 of the HCG Diet


  Phase 3 is a MAJOR part of the HCG Diet. This is the phase that will solidify your weight loss.
Here are a few things to remember during Phase 3 Week 1:
-Double the servings you ate in Phase 2
-Cut out Melba Toast, it’s not allowed in Phase 3
-NO DAIRY..yet
-Only add in a couple of fruits and veggies during this week
-Start exercising
-Aim for 950-1000 calories
-You can start adding regular cosmetics back into your routine
-Continue to drink 1/2 gallon – 1 gallon of water
-Keep a detailed food journal
-Avoid Carbohydrates unless they are coming from fresh fruit

I constantly get questions about Phase 3 from anxious HCG Dieters. Understandably, people are nervous to start adding in more calories after being restricted for so long. Today I want to provide you with a very basic, but thorough Phase 3 outline. These are my recommendations based upon my experiences. Sometimes what works for me may not work for you, but hopefully you’ll find the guidance I give helpful.

I get it, you’ve been eating hardly anything for 26 days or more. You’re excited to have more variety. Take a breath and slow yourself down. I’m not trying to burst any bubbles here, but your Week 1 on Phase 3 is going to be pretty similar to Phase 2.

Week 1 Phase 3 Sample Menu:
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs – 140 calories
Snack: Apple – 85 calories
Lunch: 6 oz Chicken – 256, 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes – 45, 2 c. lettuce – 10, Pace salsa – 35
Snack: 1 scoop Triumph Slim – 80, 1 cucumber – 45
Dinner: 6 oz shrimp – 168, 1/2 c. broccoli – 30
Snack: 1/2 c. raspberries w/ Trulicious – 32
Total Calories: 926

You’ll notice that the only additions were extra servings of food, broccoli, and raspberries. It’s pretty straight forward. You’ll also notice that there isn’t Melba Toast added or diary. Now I know that this is rough because it isn’t the added variety you were hoping for, but trust me when I say you don’t want to rush into adding too many foods too quickly.

Moving on to Week 2 of Phase 3, you can try adding in a couple of dairy items and some more veggie options.

Things to remember for Week 2 Phase 3:
-Continue to keep a detailed food journal
-Don’t purchase low-fat dairy products, they may have less calories, but they usually have more carbs
-Add dairy in one serving at a time
-Continue to drink 1/2 gallon – 1 gallon of water
-Aim for 1000-1100 calories
-Continue exercising

Week 2 Phase 3 Sample Menu:
Breakfast: Apple – 85 calories, Boiled egg – 70
Snack: 2 thin slices of Swiss cheese – 140
Lunch: 6 oz lean beef – 411, broccoli – 30
Snack: Triumph Slim – 80
Dinner: 6 oz chicken – 256, 2 c. lettuce, 1/2 c. – 10, cherry tomatoes – 45
Snack: 6 strawberries – 45
Total Calories: 1,127

Once again, you’ll notice that the addition was minimal. If your body responds well to this change you can slowly start to add a bit more.

As you progress toward Week 3 of Phase 3 you can start adding in various healthy fats like avocado and yogurt.

Here are some things to remember for Week 3 Phase 3:
-Continue to keep a detailed food journal
-Don’t purchase products that are low-fat
-Add healthy fats in one at a time
-Continue to drink 1/2 gallon – 1 gallon of water
-Aim for 1100-1200 calories
-Continue exercising

Week 3 Phase 3 Sample Menu:
Breakfast: Greek yogurt w/ stevia – 146,
Snack: Apple – 85, 2 thing slices of Swiss cheese – 140
Lunch: 6 oz chicken – 256, 1 cucumber – 45, 1/2 avocado – 161
Snack: 1 scoop Triumph Slim – 80
Dinner: 6 oz shrimp – 168, zucchini – 120
Snack: orange – 70
Total Calories: 1271

So by this point you’ve made it to Week 4 of Phase 3. Your body should be stabilizing. You should be learning the foods you can and can’t eat, and hopefully you’ve developed some good exercise habits.

Here are some things to remember for Week 4 Phase 3:
-Continue to keep a detailed food journal
-Experiment with condiments, just make sure there isn’t added sugar
-You can start testing other fatty, healthy foods like peanut butter, squash, nuts, ect.
-Continue drinking 1/2 gallon – 1 gallon of water
-Aim for 1200-1300 calories
-Continue exercising

Week 4 Phase 3 Sample Menu:
Breakfast: Plain Greek yogurt w/stevia – 146, raspberries – 32, poached egg – 70
Snack: 2 thin slices of Swiss cheese – 140, 1/2 c. Cherry tomatoes – 45
Lunch: Chef salad w/ ranch – 502
Snack: Triumph Slim – 80
Dinner: 6 oz beef – 411, grilled peppers & onions – 62
Snack: Cottage cheese – 161, avocado – 81
Total Calories: 1360

Can Fitness Gadgets Help You Lose Weight?

Losing weight and staying fit is a goal for many. New technologies are always coming along to help us with our goals. With so many fitness gadgets on the market, the big question becomes which are good (because they can actually help you build muscle and lose weight), which are bad, and which are just plain crazy. Let’s have a look at a few fitness gadgets these from each category.

The Good

The good can help you build muscle or lose weight. Some can even do both, depending on the gadget.

Nintendo Wii – If you thought the Nintendo Wii gaming console was just another game machine you’d be wrong. This revolutionary game console offers some terrific fitness programs, including Cardio Boxing, Wii Fit, and Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum to name just a few. Yoga, Pilates, cardio, strength training, and sports are all just a disc away in your home. Many a couch potato has become a fitness buff since the Nintendo Wii. Fitness Gadgets and Lose Weight

Walk Vest – If you haven’t heard of the walk vest, it’s a heavy black vest that comes with eight pounds of weight up to sixteen pounds in the biggest vest. You increase the weight of the vest by placing weights in the pockets. It also includes a workout CD. It may not be pretty but it definitely makes your walk more effective.

IPod Shuffle – If you don’t consider the iPod shuffle a fitness gadget you’d be wrong. It’s a great way to take your mind off your taxing workout and keep you pushing on. After all listening to your favorite music can be energizing in itself.

The Ab Wheel – The ab wheel has you grab the handles located on each side and then you roll it along the floor as you stretch out. It’s a simple idea. Whether there’s any real value is debatable since the same benefit could be enjoyed from a crunch, but it may get a beginner going who might otherwise not get a great ab workout.

The Bad

While they may work, they just seem like a bad idea all around.

The Fitness Cube – The sales pitch is around how it will transform your body and take up little space in your home. It can be used as a chair, and hides a variety of accessories. Whether it’s got any real value appears to be a negative, although the infomercial is pretty funny.

The Perfect Pushup – If you thought the pushup was above being improved, you’d be wrong. The perfect pushup is a device with rubber bottoms and swivel handled mounts. The grip rotation lets you take your pushup to a new level. The question is whether there’s any real fitness value and the answer is no.

The Crazy

What fun would it be if we didn’t mention a couple of the crazy fitness ideas that have come to be.

iGallop – The iGallop is designed to simulate a horseback ride, working the thighs, lower back, and abdomen. That said Pilates are a much better workout.

Shake Weight – The object to Shake Weight is to have inertia tighten and tone your arms using vibration. Whether it works or not is really unknown but logic would say no. It is however one of the craziest devices we’ve seen.

There you have it. The good, the bad, and the crazy. It would seem that while fitness gadgets can certainly help build muscle and lose weight, they can also do nothing. Before wasting your money on something you won’t use–or that will break the first time you try it–it’s important to do some research. Read reviews online and follow your favorite health and fitness blogs. If you choose your fitness gadgets carefully, you might have a tool that can help you reach your goals; if you don’t choose carefully, you’ll just end up with more clutter that will end up in the garage.

7 days of food for Phase 2 on HCG diet


” I spend a lot of time at work; the last thing I want to do is think about what I’m taking for lunch. But let’s face it, while on the HCG diet you have to be aware of everything you eat. Now, I know I’m not the only one out there on the HCG diet who works. In fact, we constantly see people on Facebook asking for a more detailed meal plan so they can prepare food the night before.

Well, HCG Triumph hasn’t released an official Phase 2 weekly meal plan yet, but I have my own that I’d be more than happy to share. Below is an image of the actual document (click to make it bigger!). Feel free to e-mail me at for a downloadable PDF Losing Weight version.

I’m not very creative with my meals. I like food that’s easy to grab as I’m headed out the door. You’ll notice that I also have broccoli on my menu. This is listed under the additional vegetables section on page 10 of the HCG Triumph Guide Book. It has never made me gain, and I prefer it over asparagus. If it doesn’t work for you, substitute it for something else! I also put tomato on my lettuce or spinach with no problems. I’m Thankful I’m not a Quitter

November is the month of giving thanks, and while I try to give thanks regularly for the wonderful things in my life, I want to post a special blog on the topic. I am blessed to have a job, an apartment, a car, my health, an amazing family. I am blessed to be in school, to have talents, and to have so many people who support me while I chase my dreams. Not a day goes by that I don’t realize how blessed I am.

But there’s something else I’m very thankful for this week, something I don’t always recognize. It’s not a person, a place or a thing. It’s a personality trait of mine. It’s the reason I have done all that I’ve done. It’s the reason I am who I am. This week, I am especially thankful that I’m not a quitter.

7 days into starting the HCG Diet I was down 6.6 pounds! Wooohoo. I was so excited, but I knew that I was about to hit a road bump…. Let me explain: I am blessed to have a boyfriend who takes me for who I am and makes me feel beautiful despite what the scale says. Before starting this round of the diet, he made me promise for his birthday I would eat whatever I wanted. So Monday I knew I was going to have a cheat meal when my boyfriend’s parents took us out for his birthday dinner. Then I knew Wednesday was his birthday dinner with friends. Same request, “Eat what you want.”

So today I weighed in, knowing I was going to be up, I saw I gained 3.6 pounds back. A little discouraging, but not surprising. I stepped off the scale, my never-quit personality wiped away the feeling of discouragement. I took a breath and thought, “So what? Today is a new day. The birthday celebrations are over, and I don’t need to rush.”

I’ve had to remind myself of that quite frequently through my journey, “Don’t rush.” It is so easy to get down on yourself and be negative about your body. If there is one thing I want everyone to know it’s this: Your body is amazing because it functions and you’re alive. Stop hating it and just try your very best to take care of it. The weight will come off if you just stay focused, take your time and most of all stay positive. You will mess up, mostly because you’re human and it takes time to break habits that were formed from emotional eating, but you can ALWAYS try again. There may be things in life you’ve given up on, like wearing your hair in a bob (flashback to kids calling me mushroom head in 8th grade), or trying to keep your dog from barking at the mailman, but never EVER give up on your health.

So here’s to me and my journey, here’s to starting fresh today and getting back on track. Here’s to you and your beautiful life. Go live it the best way you know how, and don’t forget to be grateful for every second of it.

You can also swim, jog, play tennis, golf or even clean your house. Any activity that is going to get you up and moving will help you shed the pounds.

Drink Plenty Of Water

Water is one of the first things we neglect and it’s one of the major fluids we need in our bodies. Drinking a sufficient amount of water will help burn fat, flush out toxins, keep your cells hydrated and your skin and body healthy.

You Must Be Patient

The weight will come off, but you must be patient. You did not gain this weight overnight and you cannot realistically think you can lose it overnight. Who wouldn’t like to cut down their workout time and maximize their results, fast and permanently? Now you’re probably wondering exactly what this little secret is, so without further waiting, let’s get into it.
What Is This Workout Secret? This really is no “secret” but is rather a common mistake many people make. It’s so simple you’d never consider it to be something that could really help you maximize your workout results, but it very much does. Here it is. The one minor change that dramatically increased my results and workouts, is that I added a workout buddy. Yes, that’s it! It’s so simple, but so extremely effective because of the countless things a workout buddy can do for your results. Whether you’re looking to lose body fat fast or gain muscle fast, a workout buddy will dramatically improve any Fitness Program to help you reach your goals much faster. Now, a workout buddy is just a close friend that is willing to workout with you and help you obtain faster results. They usually tend to have the same goals as you and aim to work just as hard (maybe harder) as you to reach their goals in a fast, natural way. The Ultimate Benefits Of A Workout Buddy Now, there are numerous benefits to having a workout buddy and they’re all extremely important, but the most notable benefit for me is that you establish a long-term friend to help you along your path to success. I find this very important because success is all about the smart decisions you make along the way, and a workout buddy is one of the best investments you can make. Whatever you call them, “workout buddy,” “fitness friend,” or even plain old “spotter,” it doesn’t matter. All that matters is that you invest this important decision into someone that you already have a strong relationship with. Now that’s my personal preference when it comes to the benefits of a workout buddy, but let’s get into some of the more Ultimate benefits. Now I’ve compiled a list of ten benefits that I find to be especially important to any Six Pack Plan, because these seem to stand out to me most. Not to say there aren’t other incredible benefits to having a workout buddy, but these are just the ones that stand out most to me for obtaining maximum success with any Fitness Program. How To Find The Perfect Workout Buddy Finding the perfect workout buddy is one of the absolute best time investments you can make. You shouldn’t be looking for any person, but you should be looking hard for the right workout buddy. It’s so crucial to find someone that you’re really close to because they will determine how your workouts will be performed here on out. A workout buddy should completely change your workout atmosphere and should provide you with so many benefits. You have to be very careful with who you choose because if you settle, it could be someone who ruins your workouts and has no desire to reach any goals the way you do. These Are The Kind Of Things You Should Look For In A Workout Buddy: -They have the same body type as you -They have just about the same strength as you do -They have common strengths and weaknesses -They have common goals in mind -They have the same desire and intensity to work hard -They have the desire to keep you accountable as you do for them Now these are just a few important characteristics I look for in a workout buddy, but your preference could be completely different. Just remember that your investment in your workout buddy is one of the most important investments for your Fitness Program. If it takes a long time to decide on the perfect person, don’t worry because that time will be worth it in the end. Now if you invest little time and settle for anybody, it won’t be as worth it and you’ll wish you took the time to recognize the best person for your workout buddy. Follow these simple tips and I promise you, I even guarantee you will begin to see drastic improvements in your results and overall ability to workout. #1 They Help You Along Every Exercise I am so thankful for my friend who I workout with. Why? Because I wouldn’t know half the things I do now, and I’d for sure be performing my exercises completely wrong if I didn’t have a workout buddy. One thing I’ve noticed is that a workout buddy can help you along with your workouts and exercises whenever you’re doing something wrong or need that one question answered. It’s so helpful to have an additional mind to help you out during exercises because two is much better than one. Let’s say you heard about a new, powerful abdominal exercise and decide to try it out today. Now you’re performing it the way you think it should be performed, but it’s completely wrong. Your buddy interrupts and advises you to change your posture because you’re working a totally different muscle than you should be. So you take his advice and immediately begin to feel a difference in tension around your abs area. Without your workout buddy to help you along, you probably wouldn’t have ever realized this mistake and would still be performing it completely wrong. This just one of the endless possibilities you have by adding a workout buddy to your Fitness Program. #2 They Push You To Work Harder I don’t know what kind of exercises or workouts you perform, but I do know one thing for sure. Whatever you’re doing, you want to do your absolute best and push your body to its limits to reach your Fitness Goals in the shortest time possible. You don’t want to receive normal old results, but you want to receive permanent results by pushing yourself during every exercise. Now from my personal experience, I’ve seen that a workout buddy can push you to limits that you couldn’t otherwise reach if you performed your workouts by yourself. This is because you’re common mentality is to push yourself to a “comfortable” limit, while a workout buddy will push you past those normal limits and really help you workout to your full potential. I’ve found that a workout buddy is the key to unlocking that hidden “power” within each one of us during workouts. It may sound dumb, but I’ve personally experienced this, and continue to see this everyday as I workout with my friend. Here’s an example of this: You’re running two miles and want to stop, but you know you should really push yourself if you want to lose that unwanted weight. You eventually give in and begin to slow down, and as you slow down your “workout buddy” comes along side you encouraging you and telling you to push yourself so you can reach those goal you’ve been wanting. You dig down deep, push it out, and end up sprinting the rest of the distance. Your workout buddy pulled through for you and pushed you past your limits when you really needed it most. This is what I mean when I say a workout buddy can make all the difference in whether you receive amazing results or not. Whether you’re jogging two miles, benching a weight you didn’t think you ever could, or simply performing a Six Pack Workout, a workout buddy is sure to help you push pass your normal limits so that you can begin to receive fast, recognizable results. Don’t think so? Go ahead and call your close friend up right now to join you during your workout, and tell him to push you during every exercise you perform right off the bat. #3 They Keep You From Quitting Half Way Or Skipping Workouts Let’s be honest. It can be super hard to push through an entire workout without quitting half way through, especially when your body feels like it’s just going to collapse. I’ve had those days and honestly all I want to do is crawl into bed and nap instead of exercise. When our bodies are drowsy or weary it can feel impossible to not quit halfway through workouts. Especially when you feel drowsy and weak before a workout and make every excuse to skip it for the day. This is where a workout buddy comes in to save the day. I’ve had this happen to me multiple times and though you may want to send your workout buddy home in the beginning, you’re thankful in the end that they kept you from skipping a day. A workout buddy will give you all the reason to not quit halfway during workouts, let alone skip an entire day. Think about it. When you’re exhausted and want to quit, but notice your workout buddy continues pushing themselves, does that give you incentive to quit or to push yourself to your limits and work harder than they are? I think the correct answer would be that you want to work harder and not quit right? This is what I’m talking about when I say they prevent you from quitting halfway through. Now when your body is just exhausted and your about to call your workout buddy to call the workout off for the day, what would keep you from skipping that day? What usually happens for me, is that they show up early, text me asking what time the workout would be, or even tell me I better not call the day off. This is good enough reason for me to push through and finish an entire workout, because I feel like I’m obligated to help them reach their Fitness goals just as they continually help me. It’s like I can’t let them down. So, I dig down deep and pull out what little energy I have to push myself to my physical limits. This is just one of the countless benefits there are to having a workout buddy, but it is just as important as the rest. #4 They Become Someone To Learn New Workout Tips From I’ve gotten most of my knowledge from three sources: either research on the internet, personal experience, or my workout buddy. Almost 45% of the time I get most of my workout secrets from my workout buddy, and I’m very thankful for that. Now, before I accept his tips and pointers, I implement them for myself and see if it really makes a difference. If it does, I share those tips and secrets with you because I want you to receive the same awesome results I do every day. A workout buddy is like another mind full of untapped knowledge that can benefit you if you just ask for it. Every bit of knowledge helps if you want to get maximum results, so get a workout buddy and start exchanging your Fitness knowledge to reach your goals faster. Think of it this way, every little bit of beneficial information you receive puts you one step closer to reaching your Six Pack goals. Believe me, the possibilities are endless with workout buddies. #5 They Can Be Someone To Compare Workout Results With How competitive are you on a scale of 1-10? Think about it. Ponder it. Got your answer? Now think about how competitive you’d be if you were comparing workout results with a close friend, to see who could get the best results in a week’s time. I’ll be honest, I would be a “10” when it comes to competitiveness and this form of comparing results would cause me to work harder. Not only that, but when you compare results with your workout buddy, you both can analyze each other’s results to help each other improve areas that need the most improvement. It’s kind of like a second opinion on an essay you just wrote. When you write your essay you think it might look great, but when you get a second pair of eyes to look at it, they help open your eyes to which areas need the most improvement. Comparing results have been a huge thing for me and my workout buddy. When we perform our mini comparison, we see which areas we both need to work on, and then keep that in mind as we perform our workouts. By keeping it in the back of our minds during our workouts, we can take the time to make sure we’re improving those areas that need the most help. This will allow you to get the maximum results in the long run as you compare results with each other every week and make the necessary modifications. Believe me, something as simple as recording results and comparing them every week can do massive things for your Six Pack Plan, regardless of your body type and Fitness goals. #6 They Keep You From Being Alone So It’s More Fun Who likes to work out alone? I’m guessing the answer is nobody does. It’s so true that no one would like to workout alone because it can just be so boring sometimes. You have no one to talk to, share ideas with, or compete against. This is why a workout buddy is required for anyone looking to get real, fast results. You don’t just get rid of that lonely feeling, but you can also add some fun to your workouts by having someone right by your side. Suddenly, what was never funny before, becomes instantly hilarious with a workout buddy. When you have fun, your workouts don’t seem like such a drag and suddenly you’re workouts change from “work” to fun. Little things like this can make all the difference in your Six Pack Program, so start working out with a buddy, and make your workout less of a “work” out. Make it fun, enjoy it, and you won’t even feel like you’re working hard because it’ll seem so enjoyable. #7 They Keep You Accountable So You Stay Consistent It can be hard to stay consistent with your specific diet, workouts, and schedules, especially when you have no one to keep you accountable. Accountability is huge with any Fitness Plan and can be your real reason for success or failure. With accountability though, you need to have someone to make sure you don’t slip on your diet or skip a workout. This is where a workout buddy comes in to save the day by making sure you stay consistent. Both during workouts and outside of them, a workout buddy should be someone you trust to keep you accountable and not allow you to “slip” no matter what happens. I personally have an extremely hard time not stuffing my face with sugar and doughnuts (I love them) because my strict diet doesn’t allow me to eat this junk so it becomes harder for me since I can’t have it ( I want it more if I can’t have it). My workout buddy is the one that saves me from this inconsistency and doesn’t allow me to ruin my healthy, energizing diet, which I’m thankful for. It always helps when there’s someone to make sure you don’t mess up or ruin your entire Fitness Program. Even during workouts, if you want to quit and just give up, a workout buddy can keep you from quitting by encouraging you to push yourself. Believe me, my workout buddy has changed my entire Fitness Program because they’ve helped me avoid so many dieting and workout mistakes. Little things like this can make a drastic difference with your Six Pack Plan, so I recommend you start making these little changes to get the huge, long-term results. Accountability is huge for anyone who wants success, so make sure your workout buddy is someone who will make sure you stay consistent. #8 They Can Cause You To Work Harder By Making It A Contest I’m a very competitive person. If you tell me you want to race me to the front door of the grocery store, I’ll be sprinting there before the words even leave your mouth. This is the kind of intensity that comes out of me during workouts whenever I make it a contest with my workout buddy. You never know what your competitiveness can bring out of you. It can pull out energy and intensity you never thought you had to blast through workouts. When you blast through your workouts and push yourself to your physical limits, you’re increasing your results and getting one step closer to that flat, toned stomach. You can make it a contest with your workout buddy through numerous ways, so get creative. Here’s a List Of Different Ways to Make It A Contest: -Each week see who’s closer to their goals -Each week determine who gained the most muscle -Each week see who lost the most body fat -See who has gotten stronger through different weighted exercises -See who has gotten better with each individual exercise and workout The possibilities are endless, but the main point is that you need to be creative and make it a contest with your workout buddy. You’ll notice you become closer to your Fitness goals and see a dramatic increase in your results as you push yourself by competing against your workout buddy. Make it fun and get the results you want. #9 They Increase Your Safety Levels By Becoming A “Spotter” A spotter is someone who watches your weights as you workout and jumps in to help you if you begin to struggle too much. Now struggle is good because you develop more muscle that way, but when it becomes too much to handle, it can become a safety hazard. Your workout buddy can be right there to allow you to use the maximum weights without having the fear of hurting yourself. It’s definitely a relief when you know you won’t hurt yourself with your workout buddy right there to help you, because it allows you to exert more energy and push yourself to even farther limits. Think about it, when you fear that a weight will fall on top of you, do you push yourself to higher limits that you know would workout your muscles to complete exhaustion?

No, because you care about your safety and you worry that you might exert too much energy and lose control of the weights. Here’s a good example: You’re benching and working out your chest and you know that you can’t lift this certain amount of weight more than 5 times because you have that fear that it might drop on you.

So you have your workout buddy lift a little bit as you lift up, as a safety precaution, and you now have complete faith he won’t let that weight fall on top of you. This allows you to have more confidence and exert more energy during this workout, so you end up benching that weight 10 times.

Now you may not have fully done the last 5 repetitions by yourself, but you struggled and developed more muscle just because your buddy was there to help you lift it. You wouldn’t have been able to do that without your “spotter” and therefore you wouldn’t have been able to develop more muscle through that workout.

This is just one example of how a spotter can highly benefit you, so I recommend you and your workout buddy switch the “spotting” positions and help each other get the maximum results. You’ll see drastic changes in your Fitness Program when you allow yourself to exert more energy and push yourself to muscle exhaustion.

#10 They Help You Stay Focused During Workouts

When you have one of those days where you can’t seem to focus, it can seem impossible to get your mind right for your workouts. You want to work hard and push yourself to reach your goals, but your focus is preventing you from accomplishing this.

A workout buddy is great to have because they keep you focused during your workouts when you know you couldn’t do it by yourself. Focus is extremely vital to any workouts and exercises because your body works harder and pushes to its real limits when your mind is right and focused during these exercises.

It may sound silly but your mindset has a huge effect on the way you perform during your workouts. Take record of your results when you’re 100% focused and take a record of when you have no focus at all. Compare the results and see which mindset you had when you got the maximum results. 100% of the time you’ll get your maximum results when you have the right mindset.

When you just don’t have that focus to accomplish your workouts, a buddy will be right there to push you and make sure you stay focused. This happens to me almost every other workout and I’m extremely thankful I have my workout buddy. They help me achieve proper focus by telling me when it’s time to get serious, and this has made a drastic difference in results for me.

Get a workout buddy who will keep you focused and vice-versa. Don’t forget to help keep them focus as well so you both help each other out during workouts.
